WOD 3-29-12

I had to scale this one on the weight. Only used a PVC pipe.

Warmup:
10 minutes on the bike
1 mile run in 10:06

Workout of the Day:
3 rounds for time
10 OH Curtis P's
10 burpees

I finished in 6:46. I did one extra round.
