Training Sessing w/ Derek 4-20-12

This session with Derek broke away from our typical upper body workout for chest and shoulders. We started off next door at Training Techniques. We blasted the chest with 4 rounds of bench super set with machine fly's, and dips. Once we were done here, we went next door to West Plano Crossfit.

We started off with 10 pull-ups, 10 barbell rows at 95#, and 10 kettle bell swings at 55#, and 10 jack knifes. Four rounds of that.

This workout session had me spent afterwards. It was a combination of super set burn outs at first followed by a mini WOD.
