It doesn't seem like it's been 10 months since I started the mission. For those that don't know the original mission was to drop 100 lbs in 1 year.
10 months into that mission I'm down 78 lbs with 22 lbs left to go. It won't be easy & I'll need to eat cleaner than I ever have!
I've since added a few new goals to the mission and that is to one day compete in a crossfit competition, get my level 1 certification so I can one day coach. The sport of fitness is addicting & proven to get results for any type of athlete or non-athlete. It can and will change your life if you give it a try, but the results and how much you get out of it depends on you. How far are you willing to push yourself?
Don't wait, or make any more excuses. I did it for 7 years. Whether you are looking to make a major life style change, drop a few pounds or try something new I highly recommend giving the sport of fitness a try.
The motivation is everywhere we look the most obvious is that person in the mirror. Be your own motivation & do things you never thought possible!
