Outlaw WOD 6-11-12

Today was my last Outlaw WOD for the week as I'll be at the CrossFit Games this weekend in CA. I am going to try and get a WOD in tomorrow at Crossfit Hollywood. Justin's (Ninjow Gow) buddy owns and operates this box.

BB Gymnastics
7X3 3-Stop Snatch Pull + 1 Hi-Hang Snatch – heavy but perfect, rest 40-60 sec.

Strength/Skill
1a) 4 X ME Strict Deficit HSPU + ME Kipping Deficit HSPU – rest 45 sec. Example video below.
1b) 4 X 5 Strict Pullups (any grip) – heaviest possible, rest 45 sec. @ Body Weight
1c) 4 X 10 Good Mornings – heavy, rest 45 sec. @145#
