WOD 7-16-12

One last workout at the hotel before I head back to big D.

1.5 mile run to warmup. A little over 17 minutes.

WOD for time:
21-15-9
DB Front Squats (50# ea/ 100# total)
Dips

My time was 3:36.

Aftermath 100 sit-ups. Followed by a dip in the hot tub one last time.
